I think this person is on to something in this picture. If you take into account the fist above the armor pieces, both it and the similar looking gun icon on the other side could possibly be abilities. Maybe class specific gun and melee abilities. If this is true then based on the picture, we would only be able to use 2 guns at a time, and maybe the questioned icon on the right represents a melee weapon.

I think we will only get two guns. If you look at the questioned gun and the other perk that definitely isn't any sort of armor/gun, you will see that they both have the same symbol at the top and tinted the same color

I think we will be able to use 3 guns at a time as the 3 icons on the left show no differences (only that the top one is ready to be upgraded). Also, the new trailer clearly shows the hunter using 3 different weapons: sniper, assault and revolver.

The question mark one looks like maybe a belt, accessory add on or the cape.

I'd say accessory piece, and probably class-specific. I've never seen a Titan with a cloak/cape or a hunter with the "warlock coat."

The questioned gun looks like a Hand gun or sidearm

I thought it looked like maybe a handle to a blade or something. You would think if it were a gun it would be on the other side
