Well, he's already killed two civilians who weren't involved in any part of his dismissal...soo...

They were family of those he was after. Still don't feel like that guy personally poses a threat to me unless I got in bed with the corrupt police force.

My point is that he has kill innocent civilians, and it's not just limited to cops involved in his situation. It was a daughter and her fiancee. He's also killed at least one Riverside cop, and another is still in critical condition.

One was the wife of the lawyer. The other was the lawyer who allegedly conspired against him I thought. He said he'd kill those people and their families.
