Unsure how intentional this is, given how some other Warlock Robes behave (looking at you Deep Explorer Vestments) but the Twofold Crown Robes' bottom half appear to be doubled, with one version having physics, or at least being affected by the character screen's "wind" effect, while the other isn't. This results in the bottom half of this otherwise gorgeous robe being nearly unusable for fashion.
