Bug - Nothing manacles scatter grenade damage very low
Grenade stat is at 145 (28.9%) in all test cases.
Tested on vanguard dummy. And cabal boss.
With manacles on:
uncharged scatter: ~580 dmg
charged scatter: ~580 dmg
with contraverse holds on:
uncharged scatter: ~1200 dmg
charged scatter: ~3100 dmg
with no exotic:
uncharged scatter: ~1200 dmg
charged scatter: ~2800 dmg
