Hey, so I´ve had this problem for a while now. Whenever the Daily Lost Sector drops Exotic Helmets i tried to go for Assassins Cowl, since it is the only Hunter Exotic i am missing. If i remember correctly Bungie said that Exotic that are missing in the Collection will be prioritized in Drop Chance. I cannot confirm this statement because this problem happened over several Seasons to me. And i don´t think that this is just pure unluckyness. Counting the many times i played to get this Item i can say that this must be a bug or glitch that happened to me, because i don´t see any similar problem. I keep getting other Helmets but not Assassins Cowl (still not unlocked in my Collections). Would be nice if Bungie could explain and solve the problem asap, since i need it for the upcoming Day 1 Raid. Cheers
