Since the Arc 3.0 update, Liar's Handshake has been bugged when used with Gathering Storm. If Gathering Storm is the equipped Super, Liar's Handshake only procs Cross Counter every third punch and does not proc Cross Counter when hit with a melee. The exotic feels very inconsistent now and limits build variety even further since one Super makes it stop working correctly.
