There sessions are smooth and stable, nice and active, because they are all local sessions on local servers. So they never see what we see unless the simulate it... simulate disconnections, lagging, etc. Trust me, I was an IT system integrator, for over 30 years. I did QA and QC testing for world scale environments. We would have been fired for the junk testing Bungie does. Reintroducing errors? Have to restore the entire environment from a backup? Just to note a few issues Bungie has had. Unacceptable. Unprofessional.
