Elim uses the same mm as freelance survival, its a modified form of sbmm that allows a wide skill gap between teammates but that same skill gap will be there on the opposing team as well.

Thanks much for the response. But part of the problem is that in all of the last 3 matches (which are a typical example and not an aberration), there has not been the same gap on the other team. I also do not agree with whatever "modifications" Bungie has made to "sbmm." It simply is not working.

Editado por DHawk12: 7/19/2021 1:36:14 AMI looked at your games, they look normal. Similar to high skill lobbies, its tough for below average lobbies to be full with equally below average players. The algorithm doesn’t differentiate between the bottom 5/10/20% just like it doesnt with the top 5/10/20%, pretty sure it only recognizes below average/average/above average. Plus elim is the least played mode so sbmm has to be tweaked to prioritize either balanced teams with very high ping/long queue or slightly mismatched teams with low ping/short queue.
