Daily Reminder
I'm still playing. So are all of my friends.
Sunsetting really isn't that big of a deal.
Next season looks like it will be super fun.
VoG is coming soon, Transmog, New Nightfalls, activity specific loot, who knows what they haven't announced yet, and another expansion next holiday.

Always good to find like minded players who are still being positive about the game, there's a lot of good stuff on the way and I'd hate to see the game be soured by players who were too attached to their old guns. I'm changing up my loadout as well and I love the raid weapons.

I’m still playing too and enjoying it more than I have for a long time. The past few weeks I’ve been focusing on challenges that and activities that I’d never engaged with before. At the moment I’m working on soloing all the dungeons. I’ve never done them at all before. Took me two weeks to get out of heresy down but finally completed it last week. This week I’m working on Prophecy, never tried it before either. Today I got past the first encounter, working on the second encounter. Once I get that done I’ll be attempting solo flawless on each one. I’ve never played either of these dungeons and I’m not looking at walkthroughs or videos before so I’m going into them blind. So yeah, having a lot of fun. Sunsetting never affected me all that much as I always preferred using new gear rather than using mountaintop, recluse and whatever heavy was in the meta. I am worried about the future of sunsetting though. Specifically Seventh Seraph weapons. Sunsetting so far has only removed gear, realistically the vast majority of which nobody ever used anyway. Sunsetting Seventh Seraph gear will be removing much more though, in terms of a large portion of build versatility and playstyle options. That’s the [i]last[/i] thing the game needs.

It is definitely refreshing seeing more and more positive Guardians interacting on these forums. I started to just mute all of the toxic people. I have been playing on and off for about 7 years. Destiny is definitely one of the best games i have ever played. It's interesting because all of the new weapons are actually very good. I found out today that The Europa Shotgun hits like a Truck. 34,000 critical, I was very surprised... All of the Raid weapons are amazing. I am in love with the scout rifle and sword combo right now. Hawkmoon vs Unstoppable Champions is Extremely Satisfying 🤩 I am kinda rambling now though ☺ Best Wishes and Good Luck on your Gaming Journey Guardian 🤗

I am definitely aware of the other account you speak of. And it is obvious “they” are either attempting to get attention from Bungie or are actually Bungie employees. Because I have never seen the wall of text posts over a damn video games like this lol completely unhealthy. It’s the age all “well we all can have different opinions, yet mine is the right one”. 🥱🥱

I know they all have insider alt account presence in their community. But I've never seen this guy and his alt fight everyone like this and then sells the game back at them. It's like watching a theatrical play through the curtain. Such drama!😂

I am not interested in chasing loot for the sake of chasing loot. I am not interested in grinding for the sake of grinding. I want to play fun and chill and fun and challenging activities, i want whisper, zero hour, harbinger, raids, dungeons, adventures, story missions etc. If I am not allowed because I don't run like a hamster in the looter-hamsterwheel to replace my sunset weapons, then that's the moment I uninstall. My gear is good for 1-2 more seasons. Hopefully Bungie realises not everyone is a fan of boring grind and lootchasing. There are people that are only interested in challenging content, story content and just doing fun activities. I don't care if they disable broken perks and replace it with a hipfiregrip or whatever. I don't care. But sunsetting needs to stop. And powerlevel / artefact level is stupid as well, since it forces people to play boring stuff until they are allowed to enter the nice stuff. If I wanted to play a meaningless and repetitive lootershooter I would play Borderlands or Divinity. Destiny was always more than a stupid lootershooter. In the past, before sunsetting, loot was a nice bonus, a reward. Now it is an annoyance, because of sunsetting. Yeah. The moment I can't enter activities, because of sunsetting. That's really the moment I sunset this game. I play way less than before, and if it wasn't for the fun harbinger mission I wanna try to solo flawless, then I wouldn't even play Destiny at all. It would have been better the harbinger mission to be boring and shit. Then it would have been easier to just uninstall. But Bungie had to release a nice and fun mission. Makes it harder to let go the game.

The season gear just released. It will be usable for an entire year. If you don't have gear it means you didn't purchase the season anyways... Buy the season content and you get to play the season content. Harbinger is a Seasonal Endgame Activity Can't really expect everything in a game of this quality to be free... Best Wishes Guardian 🤗
