F2P doesn’t mean you get everything for free. It’s also specifically a “free ENTRY point”, meaning you aren’t intended to stay there forever. It’s intended to give you a taste and if you like it, buy the DLC. Stop being a free loader or go play something else.
Edit: you get all expansions on game pass last i checked, including the newest one that released less than a month ago

Yup, game pass has all the dlc on it. Honestly my only issue with the free to play is that they use it to justify the wack prices in eververse. Not much an issue though.
-
Prices in ever verse have nothing to do with 'F2P'. Has to do with destiny removing the sale of loot boxes because everyone -blam!- about it. This is what you get without loot boxes. Old system was way better. Got everything for free. Get nothing free now
-
Whatever you say, mate
-
Have you never played any other game that sells direct purchases? This is what they cost. They always end up being more to off set the cost of people spending less on gambling loot boxes. Only difference now is we actually used to be able to earn everything.
-
Honestly, I have my problems with eververse, but those stem more from the fact that they are triple dipping with the dlc costs and the season pass costs on top of eververse.

Jokes on you, but I have all of the DLC on my pc. But sure, I'm a freeloader for thinking that D2 isn't actually free to play because there's really not all that much to do without shelling out $100 + 10 per season to actually be able to do anything other than tool around in patrols and strikes.
-
Per season? What? I pay 10$ per season and got beyond light through gamepass
-
Editado por Moon's Haunted: 12/2/2020 8:38:52 PMWhich not everyone could get, such as PS players and even PC players for a bit irrc.
-
But still, its not $100 per season
-
Perhaps I could have been clearer, but the initial $100 is referring to the costs of Shadowkeep, $25 on steam, Forsaken, also $25, and Beyond Light, $40 base/$50 with the season it comes with.

Game developer studios are still businesses, freeloader.
-
And that somehow exempts them from being shitty? EA and Activision are both also game developers, and thus businesses as well. That didn't stop people from roasting them for every little thing that they did to milk their consumers dry of money. And once again, jokes on you, because I have all of the DLC, so get a better insult or a better argument.
-
Neither are really shitty. They are doing what it takes to thrive as a business. You as a consumer can decide not to buy the product they offer. No one forces you to buy or play a game or it’s DLC or it’s microtransactions.
-
>Neither are really shitty. Holy shit. Well, if I needed any more confirmation that I could ignore you and not have to worry about missing anything of value, this is more than enough.
-
🤣🤣🤣🤣 take your narrow minded biases somewhere else then lol
-
Go to any major gaming forum and try telling people that EA is not a shitty company for their business practices and I guarantee you that they will laugh their asses off before calling you a troll. The fact you are saying otherwise tells me that you are either a child with no sense of awareness, a troll, or just plain stupid.

Hes a major troll
