Hi there!
Bungie takes reports of suspected cheating very seriously. If you suspect someone is cheating, the best course of action is to use the in-game report tool and report the suspected player. Please be sure to read through all of Bungie’s reporting guidelines before issuing a report.

I reported them both in game I found out how to. Ty for the help I will use your link. They keep changing their names to avoid being reported. Gonna delete this before they see it and try to cover up what they are doing.
