Can a Bungie representative help me out with this because I can't report people on my friends list in game. It makes me sick that the game I love so much is being destroyed by people doing this or having that if you can't beat them then join them attitude towards hacking. PLZ PLZ help me.

If you suspect someone is cheating, the best course of action is to use the in-game report tool and report the suspected player.
