Yes yesterday i got at least 2 kills in one life multiple times with the recluse for submachinist and i never got it. This is extremely frustrating cause i have been working on randys for a month and im only at 48%. Defeating enemies does almost nothing for progression

Yeah, Randy's is certainly odd because it'll seem like you make NO progress and then it skyrockets like 10%. I know some people said closing the game and restarting it help, but it never did for me. I just started getting progression jumps randomly.
