The quest percentage goes up slowly sometimes and at others makes 5% increases after 1 game. Quests and bounties in this game dont always track properly and this quest had been reported months back for the same thing. I've had several bounties this week complete themselves when I got up to get a drink. That quest took a good amount of time. Stick with it, itll work out eventually. And the guy that posted about restarting the game when you see you aren't getting progress is right... happened to a guy I play with regularly. Make sure to check progress every match if you know you got medals.

I got the meals done in the second week of last season with sub machinist and Hawkeye medals. I was really confused because everyone was saying stuff about the medals being hard to get and I hadn't even got a scout rifle kill yet.
