The problem is that Luke Smith has said that many of the plot threads will never be finished.
Can’t remember the exact quote, but yeah... cliffhangers and never-to-be-finished stories aren’t the same thing

I don't think he ever said it that clearly and he almost certainly wasn't talking about the major threads. The thing is that there's a ridiculous amount of story stuff/threads in Destiny. Obviously Bungie produced a tonne of backstory and stuff. They seem to be picking stuff out and running with it from time to time. For example, one of my favorite stories is the Six Coyote stuff. There's a chance we'll one day we'll get a Six Coyote focused season. There's an equal (bigger?) chance that we don't. There's loads of stuff like that but only because they produced so much back story. I'm pretty sure the major threads (Mara, Ulren, The Nice, The Darkness, The Hive, The Vex, Calus) will all be addressed eventually.

I hope so.. But my faith is the LS led bungie is fading with each season tbh ☹️ It sucks, but I can’t help but be pessimistic at this point

Good thing a really cool story moment happened just yesterday. Time for some optimism.

While I did appreciate some actual dialogue between NPCs, I don’t think 5 minutes of back and forward banter constitutes a good story moment.

Editado por toneDef Weary: 1/8/2020 4:37:11 PMYeah, that was a cool interaction and I enjoyed it to the end when I got to that part, but by no means was it a "good story moment".

Dialogue between characters is story. So.
