Look, i'm not saying hat destiny 1 was a hard game and didn't had op weapons, but even with op weapons you couldn't kill the boss in like 5 - 10 secs

And you can’t in D2 either of you don’t run all the broken shit. My point is, if you actually want a challenge, challenge yourself then. But there’s a lot of people who can’t melt strike bosses and just aren’t as good as some of us even with the best shit equipped. I’m just not in the camp of hindering other players because I’m good enough to destroy everything when I can just easily pick non meta stuff to test myself. It just stinks of the superiority complex this game already struggles with.

I’m a boss melter myself but given the heavy, repetitive grind in place and limited time available to play with life and all it’s pretty much a necessity to be as effective as possible (for myself).

I suppose I am just a person tired of seeing people complain the game is too easy as they run the most broken shit the game has ever seen. Make up challenges for yourself if you feel bored and stop pretending like the vast majority of the player base is having as easy a time as you.
