I wish I had this mentality. It hurts so bad losing so much to essentially RNG. It's not my fault I get put in heavily imbalanced teams, that's the game's fault, so why should I be punished? I honestly feel like my own personal skill doesn't matter. It doesn't make me feel like I should really strive to get better but just hope I get good RNG. I mean, I still do strive to get better. I keep going and improve all the time, but it doesn't seem to effect my Glory progression in the slightest, it's all RNG.

PvP is designed around trying to keep everyone around a 50% W/L ratio. You gain more glory per win then you lose per loss. In theory, everyone will climb over time. It really comes down to playtime is all. I'm an average player, and managed to hit over 2,500 glory this season after just coming back to the game; took me about 2 weeks of playing. I don't go "tryhard", I just play the game. I then went after Lunas, and managed to do that entire questline while in Fabled ranks. The weapons aren't handed to you (and rightfully so), but they are nowhere NEAR as impossible to get as many try to make it seem. Just keep at it.
