just start grinding the campaign. you'll have the hang of it before you get too far. as mentioned, it's just muscle memory.
and yes, once you pick it up, you'll never want to go back. :)

I’ve done a few missions since this post and it’s definitely easier to play now than when I started :D hopefully get to where I was on console (skill wise) before cross save is rolled out
