I’ve been gaming on console for a good 15 years and finally got myself a pretty beefy pc today. I honestly didn’t expect the change to be drastic, I just feel clumsy and press the wrong buttons half the time, or forget which buttons to press to open my menu or go to orbit. I’ve mapped some keys to the buttons on my mouse, which helps a crap tonne but are the any tips to make this transition smoother?

Play with controller. I’ve never liked playing action games with a mouse-and- keyboard.

1 Respuestajust start grinding the campaign. you'll have the hang of it before you get too far. as mentioned, it's just muscle memory. and yes, once you pick it up, you'll never want to go back. :)

Practice your mechanical skills and muscle memory in like Patrol and/or private matches haha it takes awhile, but you'll get used to it.

It’s just practice

It will take a bit for the muscle memory to start building, but once it does you won’t want to go back (for FPS).

If you are having that hard of a time, plug in a controller. If you want to use MnK, just need to keep practicing
