The processor is still very good for today's gaming needs. A 6 core, overclock ready CPU goes far.
In most games an HDD doesn't make a difference compared to an HDD. Keep in mind the PS4 uses a SLOWER HDD (5400rpm compared to 7200rpm)
The RX 570 is a very capable card for 1080p 60fps high settings gaming.

Here's a video to prove my point, keep in mind all games were tested at 1080p ultra, 60fps 1080p can be achieved easily on this system at high and if you really want to lock it drop some things like anti aliasing down low (keep in mind as well AA isnt too important and most console games don't utilize it very often or very much)

It literally says $501 after shipping and if you want the rebates (honestly why not fill those out anyway, you're only benefitting yourself) Also you said make it $500, not $400
