Remove Bloom completely. Damage fall-off keeps weapons balanced. Even if its 60 meters, if the handcannon sights are on someone it should still land some damage even if it tickles them for 5

Don't even have a justifiable range anymore because post rifles while shoot them at range and shotguns will put you down before you can get all three shots off.

Don't even get me started on the fact that when you hit with a hand Cannon it has a different recoil pattern versus that you shoot at the wall like shooting a person magically send feedback
