Have you ever considered that they have done this on purpose so that they can start letting you purchase these things will real money later on?

lol wouldn't surprise me if eververse started selling "infusion core" packages for the low low price of $10
-
Unlikely. It's to keep players grinding and population high so that people will buy the things that actually do cost money. Either that, or the paid expansions will be the only way to gain a reasonable amount of materials. They're not going go straight up sell resources needed to level up though.
-
Numbers are dropping already n it's gonna get a lot worse. This game doesn't respect players time, at all.
-
I personally feel like if they wanted a slow grind, they should have made like light cap 6,000 instead of 600 but have your great drop at a slightly higher level each time. This way people will at least feel like they're making progress. It worked really well in the Division.
-
I feel like the Division did well because the emphasis was on grinding gear, not levels. I think that’s where Bungie has missed the mark. This game needs way more gear, mods and perks.
-
Well the gear in the Division has a power level similar to Destiny's light level, and the higher your power level gets, the higher tier versions of activities are accessible, which in turn drop stronger and rarer gear. It's a really good system. The story and setting might be boring, but the game has a great progression system.
-
The big difference is, and correct me if I am wrong because it’s been awhile, if you moved up to a higher tier it dropped that levels gear. I think that’s where a real tiered system would have helped Bungie. When I did NFs at 530 and it was a 540 activity, it didn’t dropped 540 gear. It still only dropped the couple power above my level. When you moved into the 256 level tier for Division, it dropped 256 gear. So the entire emphasis went to finding god-rolled gear and put less of an emphasis on leveling.

I don’t know, maybe at first, but with all the EA backlash whatever though they may have had, have be purged 😂

Here we go again. It’s never going to happen. They know that if they ever start that shit, people really will leave en mass.
