Say it with me: Peer to Peer.
A bandaid to hide their garbage, ancient connections that still won't even help.

Not to mention a visual to other players connections have been removed.

It will prob be in the final game

Exactly!
Say it with me: Peer to Peer. A bandaid to hide their garbage, ancient connections that still won't even help.
Great point. I never thought of that aspect of it and yes, it won't do anything to help.

They've even hid the bars because they can't fix them, lol

There are still problems even with 4v4. Ghost bullets, for instance. I've played and could swear I was hitting and not seeing numbers peeling off. Then I watched some videos and saw the same thing. Slowed down or stopped, frame by frame the player is on target but doing no damage.

That's tick rate, it's archaic at 10

That explains why when Destiny 1 was brand new so many YouTube PvP tips/tricks videos advised to get an auto rifle and pre-shoot, leading your target a little at first. It worked well until auto rifles got nerfed.
-
Yeah, I know. That's why I said it won't help.

Both modes, control and countdown- it's all about team shooting. That means that solo players who want to do a little PvP after work (a large portion of the demographic) will be screwed. Up against full teams on mic and matched with 3 person teams in chats puts them at the disadvantage. The other team will figure it out quickly. It turns into a lone wolf hunt.
-
naw I was solo most of my games and won most of em. you just goota watch your teammates.. if they go full gonzo after base B and keep dying. just flank take A/C , then rinse and repeat.. just becareful when the spawn flips ( or go for the "WTF I just Spawned!!" kill).
-
Not really. I played solo a lot and did just fine. Play some halo 5 to get used to it.
-
Most solo players haven't figured it out. D1 solo in 6v6 is a lot easier. Especially if you understand how the traffic flows from control point to control point. As a solo player in D2 you have to be very aware of where your teammates are and stick with them or you become the liability.

The vast majority of the time, solo will suck. Especially in things like iron banner.
