It's not a myth. Close and/or personal buffs the damage enough to one shot full health guardians.

Okay, I already have my hands full with Randy. I don't need your help. That logic dictates that Ice Breaker is a OHK to the body because you can buff it with Weapons of Light.

Clearly you need my help. You calling it a myth is saying it doesn't & can't happen, but people aren't making shit up when they say they were killed at full health by a titan. Close and/or personal is the explanation of why it happened. Regarding your ice breaker point, if someone says they were body shot at full health by ice breaker, I'm not going to tell them that's a myth; I'll explain to them that weapons of light makes the one shot possible. Long story short, don't call something a myth if it's real.

If you've considered the Discharge buff, why can no one else consider further buffs? Because it proves that a OHK melee is possible and nullifies your post?

Editado por Samantha: 7/4/2017 6:00:06 AMBecause Discharge is a buff on the Storm Fist perk tree, a lot like Accurized Ballistics, which adds +10 crit damage to Ice Breaker's output. Whereas Close and/or Personal, much like Weapons of Light, is an external buff that has nothing to do with the melee. Nice try.

That was never the point of debate. Stop changing the topic. Yes, under the right conditions, a melee can OHK. But the key words lie in that sentence: "UNDER THE RIGHT CONDITIONS". The melee doesn't intrinsically OHK, which is the point of contention. But it could explain some of the whining people in this forum spew out.

I'll put a disclaimer in the OP if your comprehension is that bad, but I'd assume you would understand that I was not talking about external buffs given the fact that I listed the math for base charged Storm Grip damage, Discharge's damage buff, as well as 1 armor HP, but no Melee damage w/ CAOP active. Don't be obnoxious. You haven't proven that Titan melees can't intrinsically OHK.

The topic was simple: Titan melee doesn't OHK. (Under normal circumstances, so I'm clear) I just needed the simple math. The numbers. 186>158. That was the simple concept. It was lazily-written. It was short. But I'm tired of wasting essays on this forum whose inhabitants don't comprehend basic logic.

I'd say it's more than just you and I here who've been affected by the state these forums are in. Back in year one I wrote up a long mathematics-based post about the efficiency of Luck in the Chamber. My position was that: If you reload your mag after every lucky shot of a sniper with LitC with four rounds in the mag, you can get an efficiency of 33% lucky bullets. Or about that much, anyway. EDIT: It was 40%... You wouldn't believe how many people shat on the post saying it was 25%. They didn't even read the thing. They just went "1/4=25%" and strutted about like they just outplayed me. Only one or two people understood the mathematics of it, but they got shot down too.

Lol) But I've been here for a good while now, and that spine has seemingly integrated itself into me. I find it hard to take that spine off. I get provoked easily. I find myself in pissing matches with one or another of the site's resident trolls and I find myself pissed off to no end by the time one of us or the other breaks off the discussion. It's refreshing meeting someone who isn't one of those trolls but I feel incapable of appreciating that, especially when they're on the other side of the table in terms of what we're debating. This place has definitely changed my attitude and online persona. I got sick having an opposing view with someone and then having my in-game stats called on like it has some effect on the validity of my point, so I made this secondary account.
