It does less DPS than Outbreak Prime. And there is no point in using it over a good sniper like Ex Machina and Black Spindle

The Touch of Malice does more dps than the Outbreak Prime without weapons of light, what are you talking about?

Datto did a test and Outbreak does more DPS. There is no reason to use Touch of Malice over any primary. If you want DPS, Sleeper Simulant and Dark Drinker will demolish any other weapon. Touch of Malice sucks at clearing ADS compared to other primary's, such as Zhalo, Ace of Spades, Outbreak, Thorn, Red Death, and even First Curse. Any legendary scout or handcannons will do much better than ToM. There is no reason to use an exotic slot for a weapon that does a worse job at clearing ads when compared to other weapons, and does less DPS than Black Spindle, Sleeper, Ghorn, or Dark Drinker.

Ok... Ok... Not only does the Touch of Malice clear ads faster than Thorn, Red Death, and First Curse (that should be obvious, you are just being ignorant), but it competes with all of the other weapons you listed due to its extreme fire rate and damage combined. KackisHD did a test and Touch of Malice did more damage then Outbreak Prime did by about 20k, and Touch of Malice DESTROYS Outbreak Prime outside of the raid in terms of dps anyways, it's not even a question between the two. Now of course, nothing beats the Dark Drinker for Aksis, so that really doesn't matter for competing. Touch of Malice is the highest dps primary in the game. Period.

It's the higher DPS primary in strikes and stuff, but Thorn keeps shields down(Omnigul?), Red Death gives you health on any kill(useful in every situation and doesn't take away your health), Zhalo will kill a group of adds much faster than ToM as well. So will any scout or hand cannon with firefly. ToM takes away your health. Why would you want that in any activity(Kings Fall👍)? Also, Black Spindle, Sleeper, Ghorn, and Dark Drinker will do much more DPS without taking away your health.

With 3 kills. But if you're up against an enemy in PvE you could be overwhelmed by fire as you kill yourself in the process.

Don't trust that test. ToM has never outperformed outbreak in my tests or anyone I know. Plus its out performed by better legendary scouts for adds.
