Cozmo, do whatever you did during the time around HoW with crucible, and then mess with it a bit so that we get a moderate balance between what he have no (which sucks) and what we used to have (which was more OP, but at least it was more fun) BUFF, do not nerf. I would raise the effectiveness of primaries a decent amount and see how that plays out
