Permissions???
The message that I received after choosing my character:
You have lost connection to the Destiny servers. Your permissions to access online multiplayer gameplay may have changed or your profile may have been signed in elsewhere. For more information, visit help.bungie.net
I don't exactly know what this means, I know that PSN has been experiencing some issues, but this message about "permissions" makes it sound like I have been banned or something. I don't know what the problem is, but I will update this post if anything changes. BTW, I did not receive and error code.

Clear cache PlayStation 4 Press and hold the PlayStation button on your controller.Select "Turn Off PS4".Let the PlayStation 4 to fully power down and wait for 10 to 20 seconds.Restart the PlayStation 4. Settings, network, setup network, manual settings. Set all automatic except MTU settings MTU 1473 If it doesn't work run automatic settings. Sometimes the reset fixes it. When back on psn and unable to get in game, just restart. It took me 3 times. Hope it works for you
