Rank up Eris. You have a 75% chance to get an artifact seeing how she only have 4 guaranteed drops, and three of them are artifacts. Or use a skeleton key at the end of a strike. They have a chance to drop blue artifacts at a high level. Got a 373 one from the phogath chest when trying to get another hunter arm.
