Because upscaled 4k isn't true 4k.
That and knowing that it's already underpowered compared to the Scorpio just puts me off from buying one.

I have a hard time believing most games will be native 2160P when the latest graphics cards struggle with it.

The latest graphic cards don't struggle, the 1080 can run 4k 30fps, and the Titan X Pascal can run 4k 60 fps. [spoiler]¡Viva México![/spoiler]
