It's an issue with lightning grenades as well or them just vanishing if they hit someone or something and doing no damage.

yes. I can't count the number of times I have thrown one and then it never lands.. never detonates etc.. just vanishes.

And annoyingly Bungie hasn't acknowledged the buggs on those grenades that have been around since the Update.

it seems they rarely acknowlege when issues come up. but, don't worry, the next round of nerfs is on the drawing board
