@catrodsan I've been emailing every 4 days. I've actually considered disputing the charge through my bank if there is no reply by the 18th (4 weeks). Guess I'll have to wait and see. Thank a bunch for the help. If you're ever up for a raid or crucible on XB1 let me know.
