Hey everyone,
Has anyone else bought from Bungie Store only to have an issue and not receive a response?
I bought the Original and Taken King Soundtracks on July 13th, but they won't download (both download to about 50-55% and then "fail") and now I'm locked out. I originally thought it was because of high traffic so I waited a few days to try downloading again, but they still continued to fail. I've since downloaded plenty of bigger files on my Xbox One, PS4, PS Vita and my Computer without issues (ex. games, movies, game updates). I have been trying to contact them multiple times via multiple contact methods (Customer Service Submission Page, Email, Twitter) since July 21st and have not yet received a reply. I just want what I paid for.
Hoping this post will help me get a response.

4 Respuestascatrodan & SonicFusion2k, Thank you both for the information. I figured as much, however, as I said in my first post I've tried contacting them multiple times. I was hoping to maybe get a better way to contact them since my email doesn't seem to be a priority to them. I guess I have to keep pushing.

Mods or Ninjas or Bungie employees that are on the forums can't help you with this issue. Store customer service and #help forums people are separate entities.

All support for the store has to go via their email. This help forum is for game issues.
