You do have a point there. It does wreck in 3v3 modes. But of course I only play 3v3 except for iron banner or when we get a group together. I think it does good but i don't have any problems against using anything else. Yeah if I round a corner and he's standing there I have to run, but if I can stay around mid range, he's either gonna run or die

It's one of the factors why I will only play 3v3 if I have to. I think what is needed is a buff to some weapons because it feels like the Last Word is where the Crucible needs to be: hard-hitting, faster paced and less Time to Kill.
-
Yeah but if you propose that the people in these forums just bitch and laugh because "bungie doesn't buff" they probably would if there wasn't 10 nerf posts to 1 buff post.
-
That's the nature of our fair ship; the Lady of Put-Together-At-last-Minute lol. If there could be a buff I think we would see more variety in these playlists, and not this ridiculous 0.03% buff or whatever they gave auto rifles in the end. It reflects just how poorly an update can be and really isn't fair to the community who want a diverse armory instead of being saddled with just a couple of options. This whole 'learn to use Last Word or die by it' schtick is getting old.

I feel you there. When they nerf they go overboard and when they buff it's so minimal you can't even feel a difference. The "meta" idea is absolutely stupid. Every gun archetype should play it's role within its range, the only guns that should be able to expand their range a little bit or outperform other guns of their archetype is exotics. BUT these exotics should also have drawbacks
-
Drawbacks? I like this. In of themselves exotics were meant to have unique perks but most aren't all that. But if they wanted to give exotics more power then a drawback would be a welcome change. Funny little note here: rare weapons operate within their archetypes much better than legendaries since the Taken King came out. I tested this out today lol.
-
Ever notice how most blues drop with God rolls as well? Exotics should be high damage, better than anything else in there archetype, but have serious drawback...less ammo, more recoil, etc.
-
Or said-exotics just don't seem to hit as hard or fire as consistently. But as for blue drops? I've had OK blues at best but every once in a while I'll get something that makes my jaw drop lol. I have a SUROS ARN-39 that I got today and was playing around with that has Persistence and Rifled Barrel. Despite the fact that it only has 22 bullets in one magazine I was wading through people like a lawn mower. In comparison the Dealbreaker that I used to have with Rifled Barrel has a similar magazine but did only HALF the damage. I had to use grenades all the time to assist in killing my opponent.
-
I can't tell you the amount of sidearms I've got with rangefinder and outlaw, autos with Glas half full, yeah some blues will make you just think that bungie dies it on purpose lol
-
Probably uses an old, before-Taken RNG for the blues or something. I can't count how many Mulligan rocket launchers I get or Counterbalance fast-firing auto rifles that I find. Lots of explosive rounds, mulligan and armor-piercing rounds for snipers. Ever get the Hard Luck MK .52? It's the Ace of Spades cosmetically.
-
There's a green pulse rifle (antapex maybe?) That's literally just like a grasp. Have it on my Titan still from when I started my ps4 account couple weeks ago. The fire rate is just stupid unbelievable lol

-
Yes dude that if you get a stability perk with it, it wrecks regular crucible
-
Nice. Much like my Dead Air 09F3 with Zen Moment and almost max stability. Had it during the pulse meta in HoW.
