Because most raiders encountered at sisters don't have the sense to look up. It's just easier to do dedicated plates.

Because no one expects them to look up. Why let the players keep using a strategy that they are going to keep screwing up, because they never actually need to learn how to figure out the sequence. The entire community who actually still does this raid would be better off if everyone would stop letting this happen. Say "look up and get to plate 2 or you're getting kicked."
