I don't think you should spawn with special ammo. It's incredibly frustrating to constantly get sniped. It's not like I'm standing still or in a sniper lane. People use them everywhere and a lot of people are really good so it's instant death the second they see me. There's not really a good way to counter them. In Halo I would just shoot them but that doesn't work in Destiny. Also everyone can spawn with a sniper whereas in Halo it was a power weapon and only had 1-2 per map. Also primaries overall have been getting weaker and less effective at range making snipers more dominant. I don't think snipers should be nerfed. I just think ammo should be more restricted. The only change I would make to snipers would be changing the AA. High impact snipers should have the lowest AA and low impact snipers should have the highest AA. Basically AA should vary by archetype.
