PVP was never meant to be the main game, but what could you really expect with Activision at the helm.
PVE is a joke, and the dev very slightly leaned in on that. He wasn't wrong, unfortunately.
Don't expect anything PVE heavy until the next game. This war is lost, even with RoI coming.

That speculation game is strong, bro.
-
Not hard to speculate when it comes to Activision given their track record, slugger.
-
But what you said is clearly speculation that you can't prove, man. Game gave equal attention to both sides before launch, and post launch sees pve receiving the lion's share of content updates. Whatchu saying, homie? There wasn't meant to be a main game, and Crucible being more dynamic doesn't make it the main spectacle.

Editado por Black Howling: 7/1/2016 5:18:15 PMA lot of what we say on our end can be considered speculation seeing as we don't work at the company.... But based on what was shown, and what we've learned about from things that happened behind the scenes, it isn't so much speculation as you'd like it to be. A lot of the PVE content had to get canned because of all the in-house drama, and as such, the void had to be filled. Activision is a king of PVP and microtransactions. History shows patterns, and even with minimal commonsense one can gather a plausible outcome with enough of them. If you're willing to slap together and time stamp every bit of Destiny data in order to prove that this game was advertised to be 50/50 PVP/PVE then darn tootin go for it, champ. XD

Editado por SunlightHeart: 7/1/2016 5:41:21 PMI'm not going to do that. I already know about the cut content. But none of that is in dispute here. Just that speculation on what the game was "meant" to focus on. And seeing as how the PvE still has/ receives the most content and both sides of the game are kept fresh in their own ways. I just don't understand the need to misinform, guy.

Editado por Black Howling: 7/1/2016 5:44:01 PMIt's not misinformation from my perspective, but that's fine. We'll agree to disagree. Though, I was enjoying our slick 'ethnic' banter amidst the discussion.

Gotta keep the conversations fun. People get way too salty on the internet.

Very true. Though, I'll admit I thought someone would eventually claim to be 'offended' between our back and forth.

Honestly, I couldn't care less about what those triggered little snowflakes think.

Bungie could have gone to anyone, after halo who would turn them down? But no, they went to -blam!-ing Activision.
