Sorry to burst your bubble, but SBMM has been in Destiny since day 1.
Also, your argument doesn't even make sense; SBMM allows casual players to have fun and have a chance of winning, removing it would allow hard core players to pub stomp casuals, which will eventually make them quit because that shit's no fun.

SBMM has not been in the game since day one. It was originalkhy based solely on connection. Bungie themselves officially stated when they incorporated SBMM which was a couple of months ago. And even when they didn't officially state it, it was blatently obvious because most of the connections were garbage.

I didn't see anything that showed that they have always had SBMM. I did see something that said there were no level advsntages but that isn't about SBMM. When it said that Trials would be changed to CBMM, that doesn't mean that before it was SBMM. There are other forms of matchmaking like region based or state based. It may have been one of those two. But if it did show something about SBMM, can you show me somehow?
