So I've been a destiny player since its release and played both the Alpha & Beta prior to release and its crucible when it was available and I have to say comparing how crucible was then compared to now saddens me, and this is all down to SBMM. In year 1 crucible matches were close, tight, and still competitive on a connection based server, and at least your bullets and abilities did the jobs that were asked of them. Now all we have is games full of unbalanced players or players doing well on a poor connection we have guardians and weapons being nerfed left right and centre coz 'try-hards get annoyed with certain abilities & weapons ultimately ruining the experience for everyone else. Now I'm a very casual pvp player and so loved playing the odd game here and there as well as IB every other month and back in year 1 it was nice and casual and balanced. IMO crucible wasn't designed to be uber competitive and you can see this in the overall balance of the game. Bungie I can speak for a lot of players who wish for the casual connection based games where you know at least your bullets will hit intended target not lag or delay due to SBMM servers. If you competitive players want that then go over to cod or other games that support Esports If destiny supported it then surely they would've done it by now?. If it continues how it's going then more and more people will stop playing crucible all together as MOST of us have jobs & lives to lead not spending every hour playing pvp to as the try-hards claim to 'git good' we have enough competitive shooters out there and stupid little kids with too much energy drinks playing without it coming to Destiny bring back year 1 Bungie and lets get crucible fun & rewarding for the casuals not just to cater always for the competitive players.

Yes plx. Losing because your bullets don't count shouldn't be a thing in an fps.

5 RespuestasEditado por dojiijii: 6/28/2016 5:51:20 AMSorry to burst your bubble, but SBMM has been in Destiny since day 1. Also, your argument doesn't even make sense; SBMM allows casual players to have fun and have a chance of winning, removing it would allow hard core players to pub stomp casuals, which will eventually make them quit because that shit's no fun.

Editado por Sekc Chalklit: 6/28/2016 1:36:46 PMMaybe it shoukdn't be removed completely, but rather that there should be two different playlist. CBMM and SBMM. Just like in Halo. Or allow us to limit our search. This way, Bungie can cater to all players and everyone would be happy because they get a choice.
