SBMM is the reason for your kd plummeting, and the lag. But mostly your kd.

I would agree, but I get frustrated when I hit 2+ kd and feel ok about getting a .85 connection-wise. Unless ur saying their SBMM is creating connection issues due to location, then I can see that.

No, SBMM creates a connection due to stats. It goes based on skill level, regardless of the person's connection. So in-all, 1.5 kd and up are matched with laggy tryhards.

Yeah I understand and this is what led to issues earlier this year with SBMM, is they would connect you with someone in China bc you have a similar kd. I think (hope) they're still putting connection first like they said they we going to do. BUT they're definitely tinkering and the last I heard is they're putting connection first in a regional area but within that region they are matching you up with similar players, and making the circumference bigger and repeating until 6-12 players are matched.

That sucks, they are slowly walking that back now. After the debacle earlier this year they said connection first.. you'd think they'd have a sequel game they could be working on instead of tinkering
