My son said it the other night. "Dad it feels like Warframe wants me to win and Destiny wants me to quit". We play both a lot. He has a point.

You want to quit. But you just cant, you come back, grind for more, quit, comeback, grind, quit, comeback. Warframe I played it enough to have a valid opinion. I literly am Mastery Rank 3 with my sweet loot never wasted any money on it, my friend got it around a week ago, payed around 100 dollars, now he is better than me in everyway.

Quitting was pretty easy for me. The way bungle crapped on all of the hours I put into "their" game made it one of the better decisions I've ever made when it comes to gaming. Stay out of PvP on Warframe. Then it won't matter if you spend anything on the game.

He can also go destroy everything and make you just as good as him in an hour so you can slay some long survivals and defense together to make sweet plat to buy the best weapons.

I just got my level 9 test completed on WF. That test sucks ha-ha. Co-op is fun as hell. We have a tiny clan but we have big fun. I use it to take breaks from Destiny. Really good game.

Then you coop with your friend and get some sweet loot in pve. No doubt Warframe is pay to win in pvp, so you've got to consider that before you get into pvp. Never been in pvp and don't plan to, pve has plenty of depth to keep me interested and still haven't finished quests or tried the raids.

Mastery rank 3 is nothing. There's 22 ranks, even rank 10 is still considered a noob. 3: your friend spent around $100... So? I've earned way more than $100 of platinum by [u]grinding, earning, and selling things through trade[/u] You can get everything he can except the stuff from prime access which is just exclusive armor. The prime warframes themselves can be farmed for.

I can understand if people want inventory space but in game items that ruins it imo

The only things that actually cost money are slots and cosmetics. You can also just sell stuff for platinum and buy slots and cosmetics.
