No, not all games do as you claim.. and not all games have to be like other games and let you do what you want just because you want either. You cant in fallout or skyrim and most games once you create your toon do not give you the option to change all of that again later in the game. once chosen that is what you are stuck with for that toon. And your your pathetic pvp rank means nothing outside of the game and even in the game most people other than you do not give a damn what it is. Not completely it does not. the face sculpter does not let you change your race.

no it does not. changing your appearance is not completely changing your toon. you cannot go from nord to khajit. and even then it only allows you to change your face and gender and nothing more. you cannot change your body. So again no it does not allow you to completely change your toon.

That does not matter. and is beside the point for you can do that in fallout as well. but still is not a complete change of appearance so is not really a change in character. And does not matter, just because some games allow some level of it does not mean every other game has to allow it as well, or that this game has to allow it or have it in it at all for those that are too lazy and do not take the time to consider what they want to look like before staring the game.

Tough if you do not like having to be that diligent in games. The game was not made with you in mind and wanting to be lazy about how you created your toon. Dont like your looks... start over...I did several times with no regrets or problems at all. It does not, other than the fact of more wasted hard drive space for the code and items for the change of appearance. and yes that effects me. I do not like wasting un-needed harddrive space for games just because of customization options that are not really needed. I would prefer better features or new content over such waste of space.
