Okay well look at it this way. It's easy to get to 335 now. So that's why people ask for 330. It's a lot different of the light level was 320 and they asked for 320. Because before the update it was harder to get to 320. But you can get to 335 in a matter of 2 weeks.

It's because a new expansion will be coming and everyone wants a chance to get max light/all the gear.

Not really. I only ever seem to get a one light increase in gear each time. I'm unlucky with rng.

Okay well gear drops above your light level so it shouldn't be a problem. You just need to play more. Strikes, IB, trails, raid, PoE, so on. Just play.

You say that like it's easy to do. Recently I've only had tome for some pvp.

Well if you don't have time to play then you can't complain. You can't get up that far with little play time.

I can complain, when a friend the same light as me drops a 330 and I get a 324 or whatever. It's called being unlucky.

You get gear higher than your light level. Play the game more.

Play raid, challenge gives you hair enters 335.

Not sure what you meant to say, but whatever it was, was wrong. It's the whole "up to max light" bullshit. It happened to two of us. The sub-330 teammates got theirs at 335, but the two of us that were over 333 got 334 artifacts.

And I was talking about the raid. If I had meant challenge of the elders, I'd have said CoE, and it wouldn't have had "hard" right there in the description, as that is not a difficulty option.

And that's actually false. It can drop at the same light level as your equipped piece. It's entirely possible to make zero progress. Let's say my light is 225. And my lowest piece is a 320 chest. I can still get 320 chests. Chest drops for me would be 320+ I've been very unlucky and have gotten a bunch of drops that don't advance my light.

How could your light be 225 if your lowest piece of gear is a 320? I think you suck at math, my friend.
