If they buff fusion rifles, they'll have to do something about sleeper stimulant for PvE. Because then it may truly become another gjallerhorn..

The exclude vex from fusion rifle buffs and nerfs, they can easily do the same for sleeper as well

Then why did they decrease the vex's damage during the update to adjust for the fusion rifle stability buff?

They didn't reduce the recoil for the vex right?

Nope, the vex was involved in the fusion rifle buff. You can read the 4/12 update, it's under exotics. They reduced the damage of it by 13% to compensate for increased stability. It's also why after the last fusion rife nerf the vex got an insane kick to it.
