Every character I have was giving one with range finder thought they were set perks for the reward

I definitely was goven the shotgun without the rangefinder perk. I was given one with performance bonus all three times.

That's really odd every one of my friends also got one that's arc with rangefinder and kills grant rounds directly to the magazine Found it funny that they got ride of reforging because it basically made all the shotguns the same then handed out the best one to everybody

So when you're offered the shotgun, it isnt the CT with three different roll options. You get to choose between the shotgun and i think a fusion and the rolls are just random, right?

Yea either theory or the fusion rifle and always had the same perks on all three characters and all my friends had the same perks. Unless it's based on your id if it's ends in odd u get these perks or odd these perks not sure either way Could be random but super highly unlikely seeing as everyone I know has the same perks on it

I am 100% positive that I got the CT offered to me without rangefinder. I am 95% that happened all three times. Crazy. I appreciate your advice.
