I have three accounts and have completed all the quests on each and was given the choice to get a Conspiracy Theory-D with each character, but never with rangefinder, which means I don't have the best legendary shotgun for pvp, in my opinion. I play a lot and try and do what I can. I'm considering g deleting a character to try again. Is there anything else I can do? Deleting a character won't guarantee a I even get it. It would be helpful to know if restarting a character will guarantee me the roll, but I'm 99% sure it was not given to me as an option three times. Can anyone tell me for certain that they were also not offered CT with rangefinder?
