Need Reply from Bungie

I posted about this yesterday but I didn't get a response from Bungie. I have been getting the 'permissions have changed' error after I choose a character for 3 months. My network is perfectly fine, I've followed your network troubleshooting guide back and forth so please don't suggest it. I've cleared caches, deleted and reinstalled my profile and the game, hard resets of modem, router, and PS4, everything I have the ability to try I have tried. If there's a simple fix it's not on my end.
