I use blink to jump behind the one on the far right, grab his thorn put him in a chokehold so i can use him as a human shield. i shoot 3 of them in the head, the one im holding gets shot, i throw his body down, shoot the one who shot him in the head, and then grab a knife off of one of the corpses and throw it at the last one.
