Butthurt 30 year old reporting in!
Actually your points are valid, the game in some aspects has been a let down. I'm not having as much fun with HoW as I did with TDB.
That being said, name a better shooter out right now, or by the end of the year.

Playing destiny is actually saving money. I made the mistake of buying three 60 dollar games while playing destiny, I still have yet to even look at them. Therefore I haven't bought anymore games because I know I'm just gonna come home from work and play what I love, destiny!

Battlefront 4 was the shit, didn't like the new one as much as destiny though. But god do I miss massive teams. Made things way more balanced than 6v6 games where your team can get wrecked by supers and heavies over and over

Though it seems that battlefront will have almost no content besides the 6-7 multiplayer maps. No space battles No campaign No galactic conquest

I don't think that it has to be similar - but if we're comparing apples with apples you could be absolutely correct. I'm hoping Batman kicks ass and carries me through to Battlefront.

Well thing is there is a reason why fps fans like myself play destiny when we have a choice to play battlefield, cod, borderlands, etcetera. It's because destiny is different than any other fps on console. Raids,pve missions, bounties, rng loot,pvp with supers and exotic weapons so on and so forth. The only fps that may be similar to that is the division. I'm getting batman too but that's not going to steal people like me away from destiny.

After the abortion that was BF4 for what, 6 months? The only reason Battlefront is on my radar is the Star Wars in the title. I find my lack of faith in Dice disturbing.

I'm not a Battlefield or CoD player. I haven't heard good things and was more into Borderlands. That aside I have Battlefront and Battlefront two. Do or do not Dice. There is no try.

I played my fair share of them on PS2 (iirc I am old) before I became an Xbox snob. I am hoping for greatness. But I'm also staying planted in the fact that BF3 and BF4 were crap at launch. Prove me wrong Dice! I'm begging you to!

I'm well into my 30s so nothing wrong with being old enough to remember the originals. So many hours wasted - good chunks of my life running around small maps.
