A 29 doesn't get 1 shot by hobgoblins. I've ran the raid on hard 3 times now and have never gotten 1 shot by one hobgoblins. Also k/d for crucible has nothing to do with how skilled a player is in PVE. I could have a .5 k/d because I suck at pvp, but could be a god in PVE. It's two completly different things.

Gotcha, if you're trying to do hard at lvl 28 you're basically screwed. 28's take at least 10-20% more damage than a 29.
