Most of them cheat if you consider modded controllers cheating, which I do. They’re not higher skilled
Edit: a modded controller runs things like rapid fire (shooting Claws of the Wolf like an auto rifle), or anti recoil (can’t be flinched), etc - that’s a modded controller.
Edit 2: straight off the redacted website: “The redacted OS mod chip is a highly customizable tool for gaming controllers, allowing users to adjust and apply a variety of mods directly from a mobile device using the MZ Titan app. This chip is designed for use with controllers like the Xbox Series X and PS5, among others, and offers features such as rapid fire, burst fire, anti-recoil, and many more. The mod chip can be configured to activate specific gaming mods which enhance the gaming experience by adding functionalities like auto-sprint, quick scope, and macro mod capabilities.”
Any more questions about why I consider a modded controller to be cheating?

2 RepliesWhat’s the issue with macros exactly?

21 RepliesWell said. It's amazing how many gamers are fooled by content creators, like they have magic fingers. Sure there are some gamers that are above the average player, but you watch some gameplay. Incredible accuracy, watching some solo creators doing solo GMs etc. Enemies are not "hard targeting them" it's like they're invisible. It's not just here . It's in all gaming ,mostly shooters

I don’t have a problem with modded controllers that give you xtra buttons. I have a problem with macros, xims and vpn user.

You do know that you can use the Full-Auto function in Settings now that performs just like the mod, right? Please tell me you knew that before you posted this. -
Edited by Zodleon: 8/1/2024 2:26:34 AMI'd like actual statistics from destiny 2 specifically on how many suspected cheaters there are. I know the higher up in any game you go the ratio gets more and more skewed, but an actual idea would be nice. Unfortunately, the narrative would just be to call the numbers false or run away with them completely to try to push whatever agenda they want. Shame ppl will be ppl sometimes.

Lol high skill in destiny 2…..yeah right 🙄😂

1 ReplyEdited by NotCreative123: 7/31/2024 5:38:50 PM"Most of them cheat" - Source: Trust me bro If you don't have evidence, you lack credibility. What is easier to fathom: that you're NOT the best? Or that you ARE? If the latter, then you have ego problems. Understand that some players are naturally better than you. If you blame cheaters for losses, you'll never improve. If you accept that there are better players out there and that losses are ultimately your own fault, you have a chance to improve. I am not saying to give up on asking for a complete ban on cheating, but you should accept that there are great legitimate players out there. Not every "high skill" player is a cheater just like not every cheater is "high skill."

2 RepliesCheating is cheating there is no "what I consider" about it.

6 RepliesYeah my bad for abusing an elite controller which is made by Microsoft for video games in order to overcome the inherent disadvantages of controller.

14 RepliesXim is more of a problem mate. Add aim assist on MnK and it's a diabolical combo. I'd say at least 40% of those cringe baby posers, (have a "sweaty" paid emblem, one word clan name that makes no sense, and PvP title) use xim. You check up on their stats and they run around 120-140 combat rating. Actual good players have anywhere from 170-200+ CR. Checking the CR is more telling than KD or elo imo. Almost all of these cringe lords that pop off and are sus in games, have low CRs and horrid stats. You can check them out.

3 RepliesOld news, and even when they get caught manipulating they get a slap on there fingers.

1 ReplySomeone got his -blam!- clapped in pvp huh?

You don't have the evidence to prove your claim. You're better off stating some or too many players use modded controllers. You'd get less pushback I think.
-
40 Repliesand they’re using software too! all of the destiny youtubers have been cheating for years. and the bigger tell for me was the whole recent “macro” issue. they’ve been running macros while they play since people were doing solo raids in d1. macro usage is cheating. they talk about abilities and skill gap but they bypass all of it by pressing one button when you have to press 6 buttons. i’m willing to bet datto does it too. and bungie caters to these absolute money grubbing psychopaths.
-
13 RepliesRapid fire doesn’t do anything since you can set all your weapons to shoot in full auto in the settings

You feel better about that 1.2 seasonal now or?

They need to really invest in hardware to track a cheater and straight up ban their ip address. I’ve been using scufs for 8 years now, I only use the paddles for sliding, reload, jump, swap guns. Never even thought of cheating just having a slight advantage. With sbmm I do notice kids that straight up have aim bot they never miss a shot and I’m an experienced player with a scuf and kontrol freeks. So no way I get farmed badly by some kid with a new light account. -
3 RepliesI hope we're not talking about scuf controllers, if so cope. there used in torneys there's no cheats just dead zone and response curve settings through icue I use scuf envision it's the newest pc controller from scuf and in my opinion the best controller for destiny 2 and pc games it doesn't give me any unfair advantage just more customizable aim and senz

Wow, way to pigeonhole players. What Bungie isn't saying about "low skill" players is that most of them are just lazy whiners.
-
There is no controller which can give you a rapid fire, full auto is already in the game and if someone's weapon is firing faster than usual it's either they lag a lot or it's an actual cheat
-
6 RepliesYes, for the low low cost of 230 GBP you too can cheat. I checked the site out and its ridiculous you think people are spending that much when Xim and Cronus are half that and provide better cheats. Dude come one, very few are dropping £100 to £300 to cheat.

1 ReplyBuy a scuff 🤷 If on pc buy a huntsman v3 mini or wooting 🤷 or just get better 👌

1 ReplyWhat do you class as modded controllers?

3 RepliesAnd according to Bungie, they quit a lot to find easier matches.
